Agent Outlet or “Outlet” means a specific location owned or operated by an
Agent Outlet an outlet with a Terminal maintained by an Agent. Agreement: this agreement, made up of the Order Form and these Terms and Conditions. Charges: means the fees or charges specified in the Order Form of this Agreement together with any variation and/or amendment to thereto; Client: the person, firm, local authority, housing association or company as set out in the Order Form. Client Portal: the functionality that permits the Client to initiate a Payment Order, see reports and/or instruct the purchase of an e-Gift Card. Client Profile: the Client’s unique profile created as part of the Web Services, where the Client is provided with a unique campaign code. Commencement Date: the date as set out on the Order Form. Convenience Retail Sector: those retail stores which are no larger than 3,000 sq. foot in size, and whose business is predominantly the sale over the counter of any of the following: groceries, household goods (non-electrical), confectionary, newspapers, tobacco and petroleum.
