Aggregate Salary definition

Aggregate Salary means the base salary and clinical loading paid to a clinical academic by the University, plus the salary paid to a clinical academic under this Agreement.
Aggregate Salary means the annual salary as shown in the Schedules to this Agreement. It excludes casual loading and all allowances.

Examples of Aggregate Salary in a sentence

  • For every five (5) years of continuous employment with Solstad thereafter, an Employee shall be entitled to a further 6.5 weeks long service leave paid at their current Aggregate Salary.

  • From the date of the approval of this Agreement by the FWC, in satisfaction of the entitlement under State long service leave legislation, an Employee who has completed at least 10 years’ continuous service with Solstad shall be entitled to 13 weeks’ long service leave paid at their Aggregate Salary rate of pay.


More Definitions of Aggregate Salary

Aggregate Salary in this instance means the gross salary earned by an Officer during his/her contract of duty, including car allowance (General Orders 1996).

Related to Aggregate Salary

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Total Compensation means the cash and noncash dollar value earned by the executive during the Contractor’s preceding fiscal year and includes the following (for more information see 17 CFR 229.402(c)(2)):

  • Accrued Base Salary means the amount of Executive's Base Salary which is accrued but not yet paid as of the Date of Termination.

  • Final average salary means whichever of the following is greater:

  • Monthly salary means the current fixed monthly salary in cash. For part-time employees, the salary shall be adjusted to correspond to a full-time salary.

  • Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Salary as defined in Section 3.1(a).

  • Basic Salary shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5 of this Agreement.

  • Annual Cash Compensation means the sum of (a) the highest annual Base Salary in effect for the Executive and (b) the greater of (i) the Executive’s bonus for the most recently-completed year, if any, or (ii) the annualized amount of the Executive’s target bonus for the then current year.

  • Leave Salary means the monthly amount paid by the University to an employee who is on leave.

  • Highest Average Compensation means the average Compensation for the three (3) consecutive years of Service with the Employer that produces the highest average. A Year of Service with the Employer is the twelve (12) consecutive month period identical to the Plan Year.

  • Availability Incentive Payments has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Final Average Compensation means the aggregate amount of a member's compensation earned within the averaging period in which the aggregate amount of compensation was highest divided by the member's number of years, including any fraction of a year, of credited service during the averaging period. The averaging period shall be 36 consecutive calendar months if the member contributes to the member investment plan except for a member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010; otherwise, the averaging period shall be 60 consecutive calendar months. A member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010 shall also have an averaging period of 60 consecutive calendar months. If the member has less than 1 year of credited service in the averaging period, the number of consecutive calendar months in the averaging period shall be increased to the lowest number of consecutive calendar months that contains 1 year of credited service.

  • Final Salary means the average annual salary for service for which

  • Cash Compensation means any discount, concession, fee, service fee, commission, sales charge, loan, override, or cash benefit received by a producer in connection with the recommendation or sale of an annuity from an insurer, intermediary, or directly from the consumer.

  • Target Bonus has the meaning described in Section 4(b).
