Aggregate Salary definition

Aggregate Salary means the base salary and clinical loading paid to a clinical academic by the University, plus the salary paid to a clinical academic under this Agreement.
Aggregate Salary means the annual salary as shown in the Schedules to this Agreement. It excludes casual loading and all allowances.
Aggregate Salary in this instance means the gross salary earned by an Officer during his/her contract of duty, including car allowance (General Orders 1996).

  • The Aggregate Salary Base used to calculate available dollars for salary adjustments shall consist of the sum of the previous fiscal year's actual base salary of eligible Members.

  • The Final Earned Compensation shall remain at the amount of Aggregate Salary applicable on the date of any notice to terminate this Agreement.

Related to Aggregate Salary

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Total Compensation means the cash and noncash dollar value earned by the executive during the Subcontractor’s preceding fiscal year and includes the following (for more information see 17 CFR 229.402(c)(2)):

  • Monthly salary means the portion of a member’s annual compensation which is paid to him or her per month.
