Agnico Data Room definition

Agnico Data Room means the material contained in the electronic data room established and hosted by Agnico in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as of 2:00 a.m. on September 28, 2021.
Agnico Data Room means the material contained in the virtual data room established by Agnico as at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time) on November 2, 2022;

Related to Agnico Data Room

  • Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;
