Airtime Credit definition

Airtime Credit means a credit (valued at an arm’s-length rate) for airtime minutes, data fees, access fees or licensing fees with respect to services on Block One or the NEXT Constellation and associated ground infrastructure.
Airtime Credit means a subsidy fund provided by the Company to the Customer as specified in the Order Form for use during the Minimum Term. If a month number is specified, the Airtime Credit will not become available until the start of that month of the Minimum Term;

Examples of Airtime Credit in a sentence

  • If you do not have sufficient Airtime Credit, you will not be able to use the Excluded Service.

  • If the Approved Buyer is entitled to a Buyer Airtime Credit under this Booking Agreement, the Broadcaster will procure suitable alternative Airtime for the Approved Buyer.

  • In the event that the Actual Delivery under this Booking Agreement is more than the Deal Delivery, the Approved Buyer will be liable to the Broadcaster for a Broadcaster Airtime Credit.

  • In the event that the Actual Delivery under this Booking Agreement is less than the Deal Delivery, an Approved Buyer will be entitled to a Buyer Airtime Credit from the Broadcaster.

  • If you don’t recharge your Airtime Credit within the Active Period, you enter into the Passive Period.

  • As further detailed below in the section titled “Airtime Credit Validity”, Airtime Credit will expire, if you do not recharge your Airtime Credit at least once every 365 days (unless we tell you that a different period applies).

  • If you are a Pre-paid customer we will not automatically renew your chosen UN- LIMITED Mobile Plan if: - you have not selected the automatic recharge option (using a registered credit or debit card), and you have less than the 28 day fee available in Airtime Credit; or - you have selected the automatic recharge option, but we are unable to charge the 28 day fee to your credit or debit card for any reason.

Airtime Credit means airtime credit credited to a Pay Mobile SIM in consideration for the POS selling du Products and Services in accordance with any incentive plan communicated by du to the POS from time to time.
