Airtime Credit definition

Airtime Credit means a credit (valued at an arm’s-length rate) for airtime minutes, data fees, access fees or licensing fees with respect to services on Block One or the NEXT Constellation and associated ground infrastructure.

  • Any unused Airtime Credit or remaining days of use will be cancelled and no refund will be payable, except if we otherwise tell you in writing or if you have cancelled this Agreement following a serious breach of this Agreement by us, in which case we will refund the fair value of unused Credit.
