Annual Bonus Plan means the annual bonus program established for senior executives by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or by the Committee, as adopted or amended from time to time.

  • Annual Bonus Plan awards are payable no later than the 15th day of the third month following the end of each fiscal year of the Corporation.
