AIP definition

AIP means the Company’s Annual Incentive Plan as it exists on the date hereof and as it may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time or any successor plan.

AIP means any Annual Incentive Plan of the Company, as in effect immediately prior to a change of Control, or predecessor or prior plan, including BMBC’s Thrift and Savings Plan and the Company’s annual bonus plan.
