Annual Facility Budget means Tenant's projection of the Facility Financial Statement for the next fiscal year (or the 12-month rolling forward period, if applicable).

Annual Facility Budget means Tenant's projection of the Facility Financial Statement for the next fiscal year (or the 12-month rolling forward period, if applicable).
