Annual Fixed Fee definition

Annual Fixed Fee means an amount payable to the Authority under a Contract in accordance with regulation 22.
Annual Fixed Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1.
Annual Fixed Fee means the fee as defined in Article 5.1 of the Operation, Management and Maintenance Agreement.

  • Financial proposal related to Catering operations as part of an Annual Fixed Fee.

More Definitions of Annual Fixed Fee

Annual Fixed Fee means the fee as defined in Article 5.1 of the Operation Agreement.
Annual Fixed Fee. As used herein, the term "Annual Fixed Fee" ---------------- shall mean the fee described in paragraph 3.8.
