Annual Fixed Fee definition

Annual Fixed Fee means an amount payable to the Authority under a Contract in accordance with regulation 22.
Annual Fixed Fee means the fee as defined in Article 5.1 of the Operation, Management and Maintenance Agreement.
Annual Fixed Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1.
