Annual FTE Rate definition

Annual FTE Rate means the amount to be paid over a 12-month period by the LLC to Exelixis to support one FTE for such period. The Annual FTE Rate will be [ * ] for the first Contract Year. For each subsequent Contract Year, this rate will be [ * ].

More Definitions of Annual FTE Rate

Annual FTE Rate means (a) from the Effective Date until the end of the [***] Year, $[***] per FTE and (b) for each additional Year, $[***] per FTE plus an additional [***], compounded annually, as a cost of living adjustment.

Annual FTE Rate means the amount MERCK shall pay WXPT, as described in detail in Attachment III, over a 12-month period during the TERM to support one (1) FTE EMPLOYEE or such other rate as agreed by the parties in writing from time to time.

The index source will be the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers - San Francisco Area, published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor (or successor agency). Should an index covering the San Francisco area not then be available, then the national index will be used as the reference.

Annual FTE Rate means (a) for each year of the Initial Research Term (i.e., until the third anniversary of the Effective Date), $*** per FTE and (b) for each year of the Subsequent Research Term, $*** per FTE plus an additional four percent (4%), compounded annually, as a cost of living adjustment.
