FTE Employee Sample Clauses
The 'FTE Employee' clause defines what constitutes a full-time equivalent (FTE) employee for the purposes of the agreement. Typically, this involves specifying the number of hours or work schedule that qualifies an individual as an FTE, such as 40 hours per week or another standard set by the parties. This definition is used to calculate staffing levels, allocate resources, or determine compliance with contractual obligations. By clearly outlining what counts as an FTE, the clause ensures consistency and prevents misunderstandings regarding workforce commitments or service levels.
FTE Employee. An employee regularly scheduled to work thirty-six (36) hours within a seven (7) day period. Such employees will be compensated for forty (40) hours of pay, and shall be considered as full-time employees for purposes of Article 11,
FTE Employee. An employee who is regularly scheduled to work less than thirty-six (36) hours in twelve (12) hour shifts per seven (7) day period. Wages and benefits for such employees will be prorated in a manner consistent with the terms described for employees assigned a 0.9 FTE and consistent with the Employment Agreement.
FTE Employee. Leave requests for personal reasons must be properly registered, by the employee, on the automated leave/substitute system at least five (5) days in advance of the requested leave. Personal leave may not be used for vacation, recreational purposes, or to work for another employer.
FTE Employee. This individual’s minimum credentials should include an MSW, or Master’s degree in a behavioral health related field, experience working with youth, and providing training. Preferable experience includes a history working in or with schools and with suicide prevention.
FTE Employee. Other than a proration of pay, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be eligible for all provisions afforded under the Agreement. This MOA shall fully expire on June 30, 2018 at which time ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will return to full time (1.0 FTE) high school Special Education consultant teacher status.
