FTE Employee. An employee who is regularly scheduled to work less than thirty-six (36) hours in twelve (12) hour shifts per seven (7) day period. Wages and benefits for such employees will be prorated in a manner consistent with the terms described for employees assigned a 0.9 FTE consistent with the Employment Agreement.
FTE Employee. Other than a proration of pay, Xx. Xxxxxxxxx will be eligible for all provisions afforded under the Agreement. This MOA shall fully expire on June 30, 2018 at which time Xx. Xxxxxxxxx will return to full time (1.0 FTE) high school Special Education consultant teacher status.
FTE Employee. Leave requests for personal reasons must be properly registered, by the employee, on the automated leave/substitute system at least five (5) days in advance of the requested leave. Personal leave may not be used for vacation, recreational purposes, or to work for another employer.
FTE Employee. This individual’s minimum credentials should include an MSW, or Master’s degree in a behavioral health related field, experience working with youth, and providing training. Preferable experience includes a history working in or with schools and with suicide prevention.

  • Pre-Employment Testing Nothing in this Contract shall limit the right of the City to conduct any tests it may deem appropriate for persons seeking employment prior to their date of hire. The parties agree that the Lodge has no role or responsibility with regard to any such pre-employment testing.

  • Re-employment An employee who resigns their position and within 90 days is re-employed, will be granted a leave of absence without pay covering those days absent and will retain all previous rights in relation to seniority and benefits subject to any benefit plan eligibility requirements.

  • Part-Time Employee Part-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work fewer than 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.

  • Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment. Whenever it appears that any such outside employment might constitute a conflict of interest, the employee is expected to consult with his/her appointing authority or other appropriate agency representative prior to engaging in such outside employment. Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.

  • Employee Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement shall not be transferable by Employee by assignment or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Company; provided, however, that if Employee shall die, all amounts then payable to Employee hereunder shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to Employee’s devisee, legatee, or other designee, or if there be no such designee, to Employee’s estate.

  • Eligible Employee For purposes of the SIMPLE 401(k) Plan provisions, any Employee who is entitled to make Elective Deferrals under the terms of the SIMPLE 401(k) Plan.

  • Future Employment During Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reason, before accepting any employment with any Competitive Business (whether or not Executive believes such employment is prohibited by Section 8), Executive shall disclose to the Company the identity of any such Competitive Business and a complete description of the duties involved in such prospective employment, including a full description of any business, territory or market segment to which Executive will be assigned. Further, during Executive’s Company Employment and for two years following the termination of such employment for any reason, Executive agrees that, before accepting any future employment, Executive will provide a copy of this Agreement to any prospective employer of Executive, and Executive hereby authorizes the Company to do likewise, whether before or after the outset of the future employment.

  • Project Employment A. Permanent project employees have layoff rights. Options will be determined using the procedure outlined in Sections 35.9 and 35.10, above. B. Permanent status employees who left regular classified positions to accept project employment without a break in service have layoff rights within the Employer in which they held permanent status to the job classification they held immediately prior to accepting project employment.

  • Part-Time Employment Monthly compensation for part-time employment will be pro-rated based on the ratio of hours worked to hours required for full-time employment. In the alternative, part-time employees may be paid the appropriate hourly rate for all hours worked.
