Antisocial Force definition

Antisocial Force. An organized crime group (boryokudan), a member of an organized crime group, an individual for whom five years have not elapsed from the date he or she ceased to be an organized crime group member, a quasi-constituent member thereof, an enterprise related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer (sokaiya), an extortionist advocating social movement, a special intelligence violence group, and other similar Persons (collectively, “Organized Crime Group Member”), and a Person who falls under any of the following:
Antisocial Force means a person who belongs to a group of persons which may promote collective or habitual violent or illegal acts or a person who has transactions with such persons, a person who belongs to a group which was subject to the ActConcerning Regulation of Groups which Committed Mass Murder (Act No. 147 of 1999, as amended) or a person who has transactions with such group, or a person who belongs to any similar groups.
Antisocial Force refers to any person set forth in 1) through 9) below and any person having a relationship set forth in 10) through 14) below.

  • A corporation or organization at which an Anti-social Force Entity serves as director, executive officer, senior officer, corporate auditor, trustee, supervisor or equivalent officer.10-2.

  • Any of its officers or any person in effect involved in its management has a socially reprehensible relationship with any Antisocial Force.

  • The same applies hereinafter.), (ii) have any of the following relationships with an Antisocial Force, or (iii) are a Foreign PEPs (as defined below.

  • The Antisocial Force prescribed in Article 15 of the Rules Concerning the Enforcement of the Articles of Association.

  • The Applicant’s company is not involved with any Antisocial Force, such as supplying funds, etc., or giving any benefit thereto.


More Definitions of Antisocial Force

Antisocial Force any person who falls under any of the following: (1) an organized crime group (a group whose members (including the members of any constituent group of such group) are likely to promote collective or habitual violent or unlawful conduct etc. ; hereinafter the same); (2) an organized crime group member (a member of an organized crime group, hereinafter the same) or a person who was an organized crime group member at any time in the preceding five years; (3) an organized crime group quasi-member (a person other than an organized crime group member who is connected with an organized crime group and who is likely to commit violent and illegal acts etc. using the force of such organized crime group, or cooperates with or is otherwise involved with the maintenance or operation of an organized crime group by providing such organized crime group or organized crime group members with funds or weapons or otherwise;
Antisocial Force means an organized crime group (boryokudan), a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-constituent member thereof, an enterprise related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer (sokaiya), an extortionist advocating social movement, an extortionist advocating political movement, a special intelligence violence group.

  • Crime of violence means any of the following offenses under federal, state, or local law: murder, manslaughter, kidnapping, aggravated assault, forcible sex offenses (including where consent to the conduct is not given or is not legally valid, such as where consent to the conduct is involuntary, incompetent, or coerced), statutory rape, sexual abuse of a minor, robbery, arson, extortion, extortionate extension of credit, burglary of a dwelling, or any other offense under federal, state, or local law that has as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against the person of another.

  • Violence means the unjustified infliction of physical force by a student with the intent to cause injury to another student or damage to the property of another student.

  • Licensed clinical social worker means an individual who meets the licensed clinical social worker requirements established in KRS 335.100.

  • Workplace violence means any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted during the course of his or her employment, and includes but is not limited to all forms of harassment, bullying, intimidation and intrusive behaviours of a physical or emotional nature.

  • Health care worker means a person other than a health care professional who provides medical, dental, or other health-related care or treatment under the direction of a health care professional with the authority to direct that individual's activities, including medical technicians, medical assistants, dental assistants, orderlies, aides, and individuals acting in similar capacities.

  • Iatrogenic infertility means an impairment of fertility by surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or other medical treatment affecting reproductive organs or processes.
