Such written appeal must be submitted to the appropriate Grievance Appeal Officer within ten (10) days from the date the grievant received the decision rendered in Step 2.
Such notification of desire to go to arbitration must be filed in writing with the Grievance Appeal Officer within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of Step 3 with a copy to the Director of Human Resources.
