Apple Materials definition

Apple Materials means the Documentation, Entitlement Profile, and other materials provided by Apple to You, and which are incorporated by reference into the requirements of this Addendum.
Apple Materials means the Documentation, entitlement profile, and other materials (such as specifications provided by Apple, guidance provided on the developer portal), provided or made available by Apple to You.

Examples of Apple Materials in a sentence

  • You agree to submit true, accurate, and complete information to Apple regarding Your requested use of such entitlement profiles and associated APIs, and to update Apple according to instructions provided in the Apple Materials if any of Your information changes.

  • Within seven (7) days of such termination by Apple, Company will return or destroy the Apple Materials and all other Confidential Information provided pursuant to this Agreement, will cease all use of any copies of the Apple Materials unless authorized in a separate written agreement with Apple not superseded by this Agreement, and will return or destroy all copies of any Prototype software and will return all units of any Prototype hardware provided to it hereunder.

  • Company must preserve any proprietary rights notices on the Apple Materials and must place all such notices on any copies made.

  • Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to Apple, but only so long as Company has returned or destroyed all copies of the Apple Materials and any other Confidential Information disclosed by Apple to Company pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to all copies of any Prototype software, and has returned all units of any Prototype hardware provided to it hereunder.

  • The (i) Confidential Information, including but not limited to the Apple Materials, and any Prototypes or other software, hardware or materials provided to Company for purposes of its evaluation hereunder, and (ii) any Feedback provided by Company to Apple, are each provided "AS IS," and without any warranty, whether express or implied, as to performance, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.

  • Company expressly acknowledges and agrees that any testing, research or development that it performs with respect to the Apple Materials, the Prototypes and any other software, hardware or materials provided to Company for purposes of its evaluation hereunder, is done entirely at Company's own risk.

  • If Apple provides an updated version of the Apple Materials to Company, Company agrees to promptly cease use of the older version.

  • Company agrees not to use Confidential Information for any purpose except as expressly authorized in Section 1 above, and agrees that upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, it will cease use of the Confidential Information and any copies of the Apple Materials unless otherwise authorized in a separate written agreement with Apple.

  • This license includes only Apple’s intellectual property rights in the Apple Materials as provided by Apple to Company, and only to the extent necessary for internal evaluation in accordance with this license.

Related to Apple Materials

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Fissile material means the radionuclides uranium-233, uranium-235, plutonium-239, and plutonium-241, or any combination of these radionuclides. "Fissile material" means the fissile nuclides themselves, not material containing fissile nuclides. Unirradiated natural uranium and depleted uranium and natural uranium or depleted uranium, that has been irradiated in thermal reactors only, are not included in this definition. Certain exclusions from fissile material controls are provided in 10 CFR 71.15.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)

  • Promotional Materials means all written, printed, video or --------------------- graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Collaboration Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Collaboration Products for use in the United States by (a) a Sales Representative or (b) advertisements or direct mail pieces, in accordance with the terms of the applicable U.S. Marketing Plan.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Company Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
