Approval Documents definition

Approval Documents means the Application, the Letter of Approval, these General Terms and any annexes to any of the foregoing, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 12 hereof and all documents relating to, in connection with or ancillary to the foregoing;
Approval Documents means the constructor’s documents accompanied by test reports or other documents which the Technical Service or the competent authority have added in the execution of their tasks;
Approval Documents means written evidence of Steering Committee approval which allows the Requestor to access samples of the Banked Material for use in the Research, a copy of which is attached to this Agreement at Schedule 1.

More Definitions of Approval Documents

Approval Documents has the meaning given in Clause 3.6;

Related to Approval Documents

  • Organizational Documents means, with respect to any Person (other than an individual), (a) the certificate or articles of association or incorporation or organization or limited partnership or limited liability company, and any joint venture, limited liability company, operating or partnership agreement and other similar documents adopted or filed in connection with the creation, formation or organization of such Person and (b) all bylaws, regulations and similar documents or agreements relating to the organization or governance of such Person, in each case, as amended or supplemented.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Company Organizational Documents means the Certificate of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Company and any other organizational documents of the Company and any of its Subsidiaries, each as amended.

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • Merger Documents means the Merger Agreement and the Certificate of Merger.

  • Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Indenture, the Loan Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement, the Remarketing Circular, and all amendments and supplements thereto.

  • Related Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents executed and delivered under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.
