Approved Brand definition

Approved Brand means a brand approved by the chief inspector;
Approved Brand means, for an Individual Property, any of the hotel brands identified on Schedule XIV or such other brand as is approved by Lender with respect to such Individual Property, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed; provided, that in order for a hotel brand to be deemed an Approved Brand with respect to any Individual Property, such hotel brand shall also satisfy the Approved Brand Requirements with respect to such Individual Property (unless expressly exempted from satisfying the Approved Brand Requirements pursuant to the definition of such term).
Approved Brand means any of the following hotel brands: (i) Hyatt, (ii) Marriott, (iii) Hilton or (iv) Starwood.

Examples of Approved Brand in a sentence

  • For clarity, Approved Brand Owner shall not use or commercialize in any manner any Durum Wheat Product(s) that are not the Licensed Varieties.

  • On or before December 31, 2020, Borrower shall (a) release the Portland Property pursuant to Section 2.5.2, or (b) have extended the term of the Franchise Agreement for the Portland Property for a term ending no earlier than February 27, 2027 or (c) entered into a replacement Franchise Agreement with an Approved Brand for the Portland Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and having a term ending no earlier than February 27, 2027.

  • If for some reasons, materials mentioned in the Approved Brand of Manufacturers or the Bill of Quantities are not available; the same shall be brought to the notice of the Bank in writing by the Contractor.


More Definitions of Approved Brand

Approved Brand means (a) any of the following hotel brands: Hilton Worldwide, Inc., Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Marriott International, Inc. or Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and (b) any other hotel brand approved by the Administrative Agent (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
Approved Brand means a brand of metal approved by the Exchange for the respective Exchange specific Eligible metal productcontract. Such Brand must be produced by of ann Approved approved Producer and display , or the unique brand mark of the approvedApproved Producer's specified facility that created such product for each specific contractbrand of metal.
Approved Brand means any of the following hotel brands: (i) Hyatt, (ii) Marriott, (iii) Hilton, (iv) Intercontinental Hotel Group or (v) Starwood.
Approved Brand or “Approved Brands” shall mean, individually or collectively as the context may require, each of the Persons identified on Schedule VII attached hereto.
Approved Brand means a brand approved under section 9 of this Act and in relation to which the approval has not been revoked under section 13 of this Act:
Approved Brand is a designation applied to products identified by manufacturer and item number, and is preapproved by the school food service department.
Approved Brand means the “ABC” brand and associated logo as depicted on Exhibit A under which ABC markets and sells the Official Products.
