For clarity, Approved Brand Owner shall not use or commercialize in any manner any Durum Wheat Product(s) that are not the Licensed Varieties.
On or before December 31, 2020, Borrower shall (a) release the Portland Property pursuant to Section 2.5.2, or (b) have extended the term of the Franchise Agreement for the Portland Property for a term ending no earlier than February 27, 2027 or (c) entered into a replacement Franchise Agreement with an Approved Brand for the Portland Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and having a term ending no earlier than February 27, 2027.
