Approved Card definition

Approved Card means a Card which has been approved by PAYMARK for use within the System and which is able to be processed by Terminals. "Authorisation" means the process that occurs during a Point of Sale Transaction by which:
Approved Card means a debit card or any other city-established form of electronic bus fare and ferry fare payment approved by the director.
Approved Card means any Visa, MasterCard, debit card, charge card or other payment mechanism that the payee supports from time to time as an acceptable payment method.

  • Purchaser shall have no obligation to refund or return the Amount Sold or any portion thereof to Merchant in the event that the Approved Card Processor or any other Receipts Custodian initiates a refund, credit, reversal, or chargeback of a transaction subject to this Agreement, as such adjustments typically are netted against future card volume.

  • If Purchaser permits Merchant to use a different payment card processor, the new processor shall become the Approved Card Processor.

  • Merchant acknowledges that the Approved Card Processor will be acting on behalf of Purchaser to collect the Specified Percentage of Future Receipts.

  • Merchant shall instruct such Approved Card Processor to remit each week to Purchaser the Specified Percentage of the Future Receipts for that week, and to remit the balance (less any fees charged by the Approved Card Processor) to Merchant.

  • After this Agreement has been executed by Pxxxxxxxx and Merchant, Purchaser has the option in its sole and absolute discretion to conduct a processing trial (the “Processing Trial”) to determine whether the Specified Percentage will be correctly processed and/or reported by the Approved Card Processor to Purchaser.

  • Under the Payment Card Split Method, Merchant shall exclusively use a single Approved Card Processor (defined below) to process all payments made by credit, debit, and other payment cards for Merchant’s goods and services.

  • Paid holiday time will be considered as time worked for calculation of weekly overtime pay.

  • In order to ensure Merchant’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Merchant hereby grants Purchaser the right to enter, without notice, the premises of Merchant’s business for the purpose of inspecting and checking Seller’s transaction processing terminals to ensure the terminals are properly programmed to submit and or batch Merchant’s Future Receipts to its Approved Card Processor and to ensure that Merchant has not violated any other provision of this Agreement.

  • If the Lockbox Method is used, Merchant hereby authorizes Purchaser to initiate a lockbox arrangement and to instruct Merchant’s Approved Card Processor and Merchant’s invoiced customers/clients/vendees to deposit all sums due to Merchant from each of those parties directly to the Lockbox Account.

  • When the Payment Card Split Method of delivering Future Receipts is used, Purchaser will collect only Future Receipts processed through the Approved Card Processor (defined below).


More Definitions of Approved Card

Approved Card means Visa Card or MasterCard or Discover card or any other cards that the Bank may approve from time to time.
Approved Card means a Card which has been approved by Worldline for use within the System and which is able to be processed by Terminals. Authorisation means the process that occurs during a Point of Sale Transaction by which: (a) the System electronically verifies the Approved Card and the dollar amount of the Transaction to establish that the Card Issuer or Acquirer accepts the Transaction as a liability owed to the Merchant; and (b) if a PIN is offered by the Cardholder, the System electronically verifies the PIN which is applicable to the Card; and (c) if Cardholder signature verification is undertaken in accordance with clause 4.9, the Merchant has verified the Cardholder's identity in accordance with clause 4.9.
Approved Card means any Payment Card (debit or credit) that the Bank may from time to time approve in writing.
Approved Card means a card issued by a third party approved by Autotoll from time to time for use by the PRC Service Member to obtain the Services;
Approved Card means any Visa, MasterCard, debit card, PayPal or other payment mechanism that is supported by the Service from time to time as an acceptable payment method.   • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
