Approved Investment Policy definition

Approved Investment Policy means the Borrower’s policy for investing funds, as set forth in the document entitled “Investment Policy Statement”, approved by the board of directors of the Borrower in December, 2006.
Approved Investment Policy means the Investment Policy of the Borrower as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Borrower.
Approved Investment Policy means the Investment Policy dated January 28, 2010, as adopted by Borrower, as the same may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time with the prior written approval of the Required Lenders.

More Definitions of Approved Investment Policy

Approved Investment Policy means a written investment policy of the Borrower that has been approved by the Borrower’s board of directors (or applicable empowered committee thereof) as in effect from time to time, a copy of which will be provided to the Administrative Agent upon request.
