Approved Retailers definition

Approved Retailers means retailers approved under Section 8 to purchase Products from Licensee.
Approved Retailers shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 7.4 hereof.
Approved Retailers means those better department stores and better specialty stores in the New Territory that have been Approved by Company and whose location, merchandising and overall operations are consistent with the high quality of Company Products, the reputation, image and prestige of the Company, the Company Marks, and Company owned, franchised or licensed retail stores. Approved Retailers shall not include any online retailer or e-commerce site unless specifically Approved by Company.

  • Vendor and Approved Distributors shall sell Licensed Products to Company International Stores and Company Franchise Stores at a price to be negotiated by the parties but which shall not exceed the most favorable price that Vendor sells to Approved Retailers and Approved Distributors (including any Trade Discount(s) or other discounts or gross margin percentage equivalent benefit).

  • Elan-Polo agrees to first obtain Heeling’s prior, written permission before approaching a retailer that is not one of the Approved Retailers or before approaching any other third party, either directly or indirectly, in connection with any possible interest in wheeled footwear or Licensed Products.

  • For purposes of clarity, upon removing exclusivity under this Section 13.2, LS&Co. shall be permitted to manufacture, advertise, distribute or sell Products to Approved Retailers for resale by those Approved Retailers within the Territory or designate other third parties to do the same.


More Definitions of Approved Retailers

Approved Retailers means retailers approved under Section 8 to purchase Products from Licensee, as designated on a Schedule, including First Quality Approved Retailers, Second Quality Approved Retailers (including any MFO Retailers).
Approved Retailers means those entities set forth on Exhibit A hereto, which exhibit may be amended from time to time by MSLO.
Approved Retailers means those retailers listed on Schedule 5, as amended from time to time as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Approved Retailers means those entities set forth on an Exhibit which will be amended from time to time and (ii), Licensee means the entity that MSO has authorized to manufacture, distribute, and sell the products featuring a MSO trademark, service mxxx, name or other designation.
Approved Retailers means the Major Retailer(s), 50% of the fast casual eateries on the Paseo (the fast casual eateries shall be not less than 25,000 sq. ft. of gross leasable area), and one (1) sit-down table service restaurant. The type of retailer shall be comparable to other first rate, commercial retail centers such as Anaheim Plaza, Xxxxxx Landing, and/or Long Beach Town Center. The identity of Approved Retailers shall be approved by the Director acting in his/her reasonable discretion consistent with the immediately preceding sentence.

Related to Approved Retailers

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means: (i) if a mill is located on the Property, the last day of a period of 40 consecutive days in which, for not less than 30 days, the mill processed ore from the Property at 60% of its rated concentrating capacity; or (ii) if a mill is not located on the Property, the last day of a period of 30 consecutive days during which ore has been shipped from the Property on a reasonably regular basis for the purpose of earning revenues, but any period of time during which ore or concentrate is shipped from the Property for testing purposes, or during which milling operations are undertaken as initial tune-up, shall not be taken into account in determining the date of Commencement of Commercial Production;

  • Tobacco retailer means any Person who Sells, offers for Sale, or does or offers to exchange for any form of consideration, tobacco, Tobacco Products, or Tobacco Paraphernalia. “Tobacco Retailing” shall mean the doing of any of these things. This definition is without regard to the quantity of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia sold, offered for Sale exchanged, or offered for exchange.

  • Commercial project means any project, including, but not

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Scheduled Commercial Bank means any bank included in the second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934).
