Approved Transfer Facility definition

Approved Transfer Facility means the Palomar Transfer Station (PTS), at 0000 Xx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX, which is owned by the County and operated by Republic Services. The Approved Transfer Facility shall serve as the Transfer site for all Solid Waste and Organic Materials Collected by Contractor. {Note to Proposers: This may be adjusted to reflect the final decision on Organic Materials Processing.}
Approved Transfer Facility means the Xxxxx Island Resource Recovery Park at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Road, Milpitas CA, which is owned by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Industries of California, which may be used for Transferring materials to Alternative Facilities.

Approved Transfer Facility means the ACI Transfer Facility, which is owned and operated by Alameda County Industries, Inc. “Bin” means a Container with capacity of approximately one (1) to seven (7) cubic yards, with a hinged lid, and with wheels (where appropriate), that is serviced by a front end-loading Collection vehicle.
