ARC Guidelines definition

ARC Guidelines means the guidelines for development and/or renovation of the Lots contained or to be contained in the Community. A copy of the initial ARC Guidelines for the Community is contained in Exhibit E attached hereto and made a part hereof. Any amendments or modifications to the original ARC Guidelines need not be recorded in the public records of the County. Wherever in this Declaration the approval of the ARC is required, it shall be in accordance with the ARC Guidelines, to the extent the ARC Guidelines contain guiding provisions.
ARC Guidelines or “Guidelines” means standards and specifications promulgated by the Board relative to the external appearance, maintenance, or modification of any Lot, Home or other Improvement located on a Parcel, including, but not limited to, the standards related to location, size, type, or appearance.
ARC Guidelines means the guidelines for development and/or renovation within the Community, as promulgated by the ARC.

  • The design of all structures shall be predicated on the principles, ideals, and specific requirements, established in the Cannonsgate at Bogue Sound ARC Guidelines.

  • Irregular inspections are done for compliance with ARC Guidelines.

  • Program Guidelines means any and all GLO-approved documents reflecting specific rules and regulations governing the implementation of the Program.

  • ECB €STR Guideline means Guideline (EU) 2019/1265 of the European Central Bank of 10 July 2019 on the euro short-term rate (€STR) (ECB/2019/19), as amended from time to time;

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Program Guide The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • User Guide means such user guide or document issued or prescribed by us, through any medium, setting out instructions on the use of the EB Services;

  • Bidding Guidelines means the “Tariff Based Competitive-Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power under Section – 63 of Electricity Act as amended from time to time;
