Architectural Control Board definition

Architectural Control Board or “ACB” shall mean theboard established in Article VII herein for the purpose of regulating the external design, appearance and use of the Common Area, Lots and improvements thereon,
Architectural Control Board or "ACB" means the standing committee established by the Master Association as required by the terms of the Master Declaration as described in Section 22.3 hereof.

Architectural Control Board means the committee appointed pursuant to the Master Declaration.

  • Architectural Control Committee means and refer to that committee constituted under Article 4 hereof for the review of Development Plans (as hereinafter defined) and other functions.

  • Practice of architecture means professional services, such as consultation, investigation, evaluation, planning, design, or review of material and completed phases of work in construction, alteration, or repair in connection with a public or private structure, building, equipment, works, or project if the professional service requires the application of a principle of architecture or architectural design.

  • Building Plans means the general building plans in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any amendments thereto from time to time approved by the Building Authority;

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Project Board means an advertisement displaying information with regard to the relevant contractor(s) and / or consultant(s) involved in the construction project and displayed on the construction site.
