Section 22.3 Sample Clauses

Section 22.3. ‌ 13 This Agreement may be reopened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of the 14 Parties in writing; provided, however, that the Agreement shall be reopened as necessary to consider 15 the impact of any legislation enacted following execution of this Agreement which may arguably affect 16 the terms and conditions herein or create authority to alter personnel practices in public employment.
Section 22.3. 20 This agreement may be reopened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of the 21 parties in writing; provided, however, that all State increases for classified salaries and benefits shall 22 be passed through for each year of this agreement. This agreement shall be reopened by mutual 23 consent as necessary to consider the impact of any legislation enacted following execution of this 24 agreement which may arguably affect the terms and conditions herein or create authority to alter 25 personnel practices in public employment.
Section 22.3. 15 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular pay day following execution of this 16 agreement. 17

Section 22.3District shall publicize within the bargaining unit for five (5) work days, the availability of new or 44 open job positions as soon as possible after the District is apprised of the opening. All job postings 45 will show the date/time of the original notice. Schedule A for 2018-2019 will reflect a 5.1 increase to 24 wages.
