Archival Data definition

Archival Data means audio and visual data recorded during the conduct of the Proceedings and retained by the Court.
Archival Data means information maintained for Archival Storage that is not immediately accessible to a user of a computer system.
Archival Data means information that is not directly accessible to the user of a computer system but that the organization maintains for long-term storage and recordkeeping purposes. See also, “Backup”.
