Assist the Consultant with obtaining permits and such other documents as shall be necessary to enable the Consultant to perform the Services. b. Assist the Consultant with promptly obtaining, for the Staff and, if appropriate, their eligible dependents, all necessary entry and exit visas, residence permits, exchange permits and any other documents required for their stay in The Republic of Ghana while carrying out the Services under the Contract. c. Assist the Consultant, any Sub-consultants and the Staff of either of them with obtaining the privilege, pursuant to the applicable law in The Republic of Ghana, of bringing into The Republic of Ghana reasonable amounts of foreign currency for the purposes of the Services or for the personal use of the Staff and of withdrawing any such amounts as may be earned therein by the Staff in the execution of the Services. g. Provide to the Consultant any such other assistance as may be specified in the SCC.
