Assisting Agency definition

Assisting Agency means the department/activity outside of the Marine Corps with contracting responsibility for a Marine Corps requirement.
Assisting Agency means any party to this Agreement rendering assistance to a Requesting Agency under the terms of this Agreement.
Assisting Agency means any local government, Tribe, state or federal agency that is not a Signatory to this Agreement but provides Assistance to an investigation or operation of OPNET. For example, the U.S. Coast Guard could be an Assisting Agency.

  • Within such zones, an Assisting Agency will take initial attack action in support of the Protecting Agency.

  • If the Requesting Agency does not provide food and shelter for the Assisting Agency, the Assisting Agency’s designated supervisor is authorized to secure, at the expense of the Requesting Agency, the resources reasonably necessary to meet the needs of its personnel in coordination with the Requesting Agency’s procedures.


More Definitions of Assisting Agency

Assisting Agency means an agency which has agreed to provide Assistance as set forth in this Agreement, and which actually provides Assistance to a Requesting Agency. Employees or agents of Assisting Agency shall at all times during Assistance continue to be employees or agents of Assisting Agency and shall not be deemed to be employees or agents of Requesting Agency for any purpose.
Assisting Agency is a Participating Agency party which is available upon request to assist an Affected Participating Agency.
