Assumed Permits definition

Assumed Permits means all Permits relating to the Business that are transferable in accordance with their terms, but excluding all Permits to the extent related to any Excluded Asset (including any Lease that is not an Assumed Contract).

Assumed Permits has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.

Assumed Permits means all Permits relating to the Business that are transferable in accordance with their terms, but excluding all Permits to the extent related to any Excluded Asset, including any Non-Residential Lease that is not an Assumed Contract.
