Assumption Orders definition

Assumption Orders means the order or orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court (which may include the Confirmation Order) approving the assumption of the Assumed Contracts, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Investors.

The selection of the Plan Administrator and the process therefore is consistent with the interests of Holders of Claims and Interests and public policy. Accordingly, the Plan satisfies the requirements of section 1123(a)(7) of the Bankruptcy Code.(h) Section 1123(b)—Discretionary Contents of the Plan.28. The Plan’s discretionary provisions comply with section 1123(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and are not inconsistent with the applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code. Thus, the Plan satisfies section 1123(b).
