Audio Database definition

Audio Database means a database of systematically sorted audio recordings of machines and machinery together with information related thereto (labels, etc.), which is created by the Provider as the author of the database containing labelled and specified (i) Provider’s Recordings; (ii) anonymised Client’s Recordings, if they are handed over to the Provider; and (iii) recordings obtained from publicly available sources.

Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
