Audio Database definition

Audio Database means a database of systematically sorted audio recordings of machines and machinery together with information related thereto (labels, etc.), which is created by the Provider as the author of the database containing labelled and specified (i) Provider's Recordings; (ii) anonymised Client's Recordings, if they are handed over to the Provider; and (iii) recordings obtained from publicly available sources.
Audio Database or "Database" means the Software Audio Database containing audio and tone files.
