Audit Clause definition

Audit Clause means in accepting any contract with the Oklahoma State Employee Benefits Department, the Bidder must agree to an audit clause which provides that books, records, documents, accounting procedures, practices or any other items of the service provider relevant to the contract are subject to examination by the EBD, State Auditor and Inspector, or other designated entities.
Audit Clause. The OKDHS shall comply with all audit requirements as may be required for the MCH Title V Block Grant. The parties hereto agree to allow the State Auditor's Office, the other party hereto or its authorized representative access to the records, books, documents accounting procedures, practices or any items of the services provided relevant to this contract for purpose of audit, examinations, etc.
