Audited Services definition

Audited Services means the then-current Services indicated as being in-scope for the relevant certification or report at https:/ xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx- in-scope (/security/compliance/services-in-scope). Google may not remove a Service from this URL unless that Service has been discontinued in accordance with the Agreement.

Audited Services means the Services (as defined below), unless the G Suite Services Summary or Complementary Product Services Summary indicates otherwise.

Examples of Audited Services in a sentence

• ISO 27001 Certification means an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification or a comparable certification for the Audited Services.

• Google will maintain at least the following for the Audited Services in order to evaluate the continued effectiveness of the Security Measures: 7.4.a. certificates for ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 (the “Compliance Certifications”); and 7.4.b. SOC 2 and SOC 3 reports produced by Google’s Third Party Auditor and updated annually based on an audit performed at least once every 12 months (the “SOC Reports”).

• Audited Services means the Cloud Services, excluding any Cloud Services that are being discontinued in accordance with the Deprecation Policy for Apigee Products.

• Google will maintain at least the following for the Audited Services in order to evaluate the continued effectiveness of the Security Measures: (a) certificates for ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018, and its PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance (the "Compliance Certifications") and (b) SOC 2 and SOC 3 reports produced by Google’s Third Party Auditor and updated annually based on an audit performed at least once every 12 months (the "SOC Reports").

• SOC 2 Report means a confidential Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 report (or a comparable report) on Google’s systems examining logical security controls, physical security controls, and system availability, as produced by Google’s Third Party Auditor in relation to the Audited Services.

Audited Services means the Services indicated as being in-scope for the relevant certification or report at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/cloud, as may be updated by Enonic from time to time, provided that the Service has been discontinued. ● Customer Data has the meaning given in the Agreement or, if no such meaning is given, means data provided by or on behalf of Customer or Customer End Users via the Services under the Account.
