Authority Sites definition

Authority Sites. The locations where the Authority’s operations are undertaken and from where pick ups may be required. Generally this means the following:
Authority Sites means those sites which are in the Authority’s control or were in the Authority’s control immediately prior to the Effective Date of Contract and which are to be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Contractor Deliverables but not including any Other Contractor’s Premises;
Authority Sites means those sites as set out in Schedule 4 Part 1 (Documents and Data referred to in PART 2) which are in the Authority's control or were in its control immediately prior to the Commencement Date and which are to be used by the Contractor for the purposes of performing the Project;

Examples of Authority Sites in a sentence

  • The Authority's or Other Contractor’s (as the case may be) decision on any matter arising under Clause 48.10 (Admission to Authority Sites and/or Other Contractor’s Premises) shall be final and conclusive.

  • The Contractor shall, and shall procure that each Sub-Contractor shall, notify the Authority’s Representative immediately it becomes aware that an Employee or an accompanied emergency reactive worker pursuant to Clause 48.8 (Admission to Authority Sites and/or Other Contractor’s Premises) has breached Clause 47 (Security – Secret Matters) and/or Clause 48 (Personnel Security).
