Authorized Subcontractor definition

Authorized Subcontractor means a third-party subcontractor, agent, reseller, or auditor who has a need to know or otherwise access Personal Data to enable Processor to perform its obligations under this Addendum or the Agreement, and who is either (1) listed in Exhibit C or (2) authorized by Controller to do so under Section 4.2 of this Addendum.

Authorized Subcontractor means a Subcontractor holding an active Subcontract issued by a DOE Contractor.

More Definitions of Authorized Subcontractor

Authorized Subcontractor means an entity performing services for a Bound Entity, where such 51 services relate directly to implementation of a Proposed Standard Specification or to performance 52 of Public Permitted Uses.

Authorized Subcontractor means a subcontractor authorized by Customer to use a Product for Customer’s own internal business operations and who agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement. Customer shall be liable for any failure by such subcontractors to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
