Authorized User Data definition

Authorized User Data means the personal data and information Authorized Users provide to LST and/or input by Customer into the Service for the purpose of creating an account for an Authorized User but excluding the Customer Data and LST Data.

Authorized User Data means any data, information or material of an Authorized User submitted to the Service by an Authorized User.

Authorized User Data means all data created by or in any way originating with Authorized User, and all data that is the output of computer processing of or other electronic manipulation of any data that was created by or in any way originated with Authorized User, whether such data or output is stored on Authorized User’s hardware, Contractor’s hardware or exists in any system owned, maintained or otherwise controlled by Authorized User or by Contractor.

Examples of Authorized User Data in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall not take any action to erase and/or withhold any Authorized User Data, except as directed by the Authorized User.

More Definitions of Authorized User Data

Authorized User Data means, other than Customer Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received by Provider, directly or indirectly from an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Authorized Users means Customer’s employees or Authorized Agents.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
