Authors. All persons who contributed to the draft and creation of the Manuscript.
Authors means the persons who create works;
Authors means the main or associate contributors to the Publication that has been included in the Request.

  • Author agrees to deliver to the responsible Volume Editor (for conferences, usually one of the Program Chairs), on a date to be agreed upon, the manuscript created according to the Publisher’s Instructions for Authors.

  • Authors may publish an extended version of their proceedings paper as a journal article provided the following principles are adhered to: a) the extended version includes at least 30% new material, b) the original publication is cited, and c) it includes an explicit statement about the increment (e.g., new results, better description of materials, etc.).

  • Once notified by the Publisher that an update of the Contribution is deemed necessary, the Author agrees to deliver an updated manuscript in accordance with the terms of the Clause "The Author's Responsibilities" and the other relevant provisions of this Agreement, together with the material for any new illustrations and any other supporting content including media enhancements, within a reasonable period of time (as determined by the Publisher) after such notification.

Authors means Mark S. King, P.Geo., and Michael C. Corey, P.Geo., the authors of the Technical Report;
Authors means Alexey Romanov, Ph.d., P.Geo, Suryanarayana Karri, P.Geoph, and Steven J.Golko, P.Eng, who prepared the report in accordance with NI 51-101.
Authors means any Admin User that uses Questionmark Technology to manage, monitor and report on assessments and/or Participants.
Authors means academic staff, research associates, technicians, or any other members of staff of the University who are employed under a contract of employment (whether fixed term or permanent); Visiting staff who develop, adapt or otherwise contribute to copyright materials as part of their engagement with the University; students on paid placement with the University; contractors employed (directly or indirectly) specifically to develop or adapt materials.
Authors. “We”, “Our” “They” means all the authors mentioned on the first page of this Agreement; “Co-Authors” mean all the authors mentioned on the first page of this Agreement except the Corresponding Author. “Journal” means the Journal specified on the first page of this Agreement, “Publisher” or “Publishers” means GAP™, its owners, licensees, assignees and successors in business. In submitting the above mentioned Manuscript to the Journal, I (Insert name of Corresponding Author), the Corresponding Author of the above specified Manuscript; certify that I am authorized by all Co- Authors to enter into the agreement given below. On behalf of myself and my Co-Authors, I certify that:
Authors means Paul Pearson and Juan-Manuel Morales, the authors of the Technical Report.
Authors or “droit moral” rights (and/or any similar or analogous rights under any applicable law of any jurisdiction) with respect to any of the foregoing, and the right to make such changes in the Results and Proceeds and Property, and/or uses thereof, as MCI shall from time to time determine in its sole discretion, regardless of whether any such rights arise under the laws of the United States or any other state, country or jurisdiction, and all rights and remedies against infringement or other violation thereof.
