Automobile Parking Area definition

Automobile Parking Area means each of the Phase I Automobile Parking Area and the Phase II Automobile Parking Area.
Automobile Parking Area means a lot or part thereof used for the short- term storage of automobiles which are licensed and meet state standards for travel on public highways, proving such automobiles are not for sale.
Automobile Parking Area is that portion of the Common Area available for the passage and parking of motor vehicles, together with all improvements, including access roads, curbs, directional signs, driveways, incidental and interior roadways, landscaping, light standards, pedestrian sidewalks and stairways, and walkways, in and adjacent to areas used for parking of motor vehicles, but excluding the Gasoline Sales Area, truck docks, truck parking, turn-around and loading/delivery areas or the depressed portions of truck ramps serving any Store.

  • Tenant agrees to limit its use of the Automobile Parking Area to the number and type of parking spaces specified in the subsection entitled "Tenant Parking Spaces" in Section I.

  • Landlord shall provide Tenant four (4) parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet of Additional Premises leased by Tenant in the Automobile Parking Area during the term of the Lease on the same terms and conditions for parking spaces set forth in Section 11.1 of the Lease.

  • Approximately $0.9 million of this amount is scheduled to be expended on improvements to the Airline Ticketing and Office Areas ($0.2 million); Runway Improvements ($0.2 million) and the Public Automobile Parking Area ($0.5 million).

  • The manner in which the Phase I Automobile Parking Area shall be operated and maintained shall be as set forth in this Article VII.

  • The Parties hereby agree that the Phase I Automobile Parking Area and the roadways, walkways and related facilities and improvements described below shall be constructed generally in accordance with the conceptual plans and drawings attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit S (the "Preliminary Parking Plan") and applicable Legal Requirements.

Related to Automobile Parking Area

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Automobile graveyard means any establishment or place of business which is maintained, used or operated for storing, keeping, buying or selling wrecked, scrapped, ruined or dismantled motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Pedestrian means any person afoot.

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.
