Bank Employee definition

Bank Employee means any person who (i) is employed by the Bank at the time Employee’s employment with the Bank ends, (ii) was employed by the Bank during the last year of Employee’s employment with the Bank (or during Employee’s employment if employed less than a year), or (iii) is employed by the Bank during the Restricted Period.
Bank Employee means a directly employed casual Employee who is engaged in relieving work of a casual nature.
Bank Employee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.17(i).

Bank Employee means Dealer or Responsible Employee.
