Bank Employee definition

Bank Employee means a directly employed casual Employee who is engaged in relieving work of a casual nature.
Bank Employee means any person who (i) is employed by the Bank at the time Employee’s employment with the Bank ends, (ii) was employed by the Bank during the last year of Employee’s employment with the Bank (or during Employee’s employment if employed less than a year), or (iii) is employed by the Bank during the Restricted Period.
Bank Employee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(i).

Bank Employee means any person who was employed by the Bank at any time within the 90 days preceding the last day of Executive's employment with the Bank.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Restricted Employee means any person who was a director, employee or consultant of the Company at any time within the Relevant Period who by reason of that position and in particular his seniority and expertise or knowledge of Confidential Information or knowledge of or influence over the clients, customers or contacts of the Company is likely to cause damage to the Company if he were to leave the employment of the Company and become employed by a competitor of the Company;

  • Permanent Employee means an employee in the classified service who has successfully completed a probationary period.

  • Non-Key Employee means any Employee who is not a Key Employee.
