Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
Class C Component The Component having such designation.
Cash Component means the difference between the aggregate Net Asset Value of the Units comprising an Application Unit and the Application Basket Value.
Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.
Class D Component The Component having such designation.
SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and
Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.
Component means an article, material, or supply incorporated directly into an end product.
Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.
Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period or a Milestone (as the context requires), the Supplier Profit for the relevant period or in relation to the relevant Milestone divided by the total Call Off Contract Charges over the same period or in relation to the relevant Milestone and expressed as a percentage;
Service Component means an individual component of a Service provided under this Agreement.
Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.
SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and
SONIA Compounded Index means the index known as the SONIA Compounded Index administered by the Bank of England (or any successor administrator thereof);
Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).
SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means, with respect to an Interest Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of Business Days prior to (A) the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period, or (B) such other date on which the relevant payment of interest falls due (but which by its definition or the operation of the relevant provisions is excluded from such Interest Period).
Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.
Class E Component The Component having such designation.
Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.
M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 87.00% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.
Class B Component The Component having such designation.
Basket Componenti means the respective share as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. "Calculation Agent" means the Calculation Agent as specified in § 2 (2) of the General Conditions.
