Basic Enhancements definition

Basic Enhancements means changes or additions to GATEWAY, other than Error Corrections, which are functional improvements to existing features of the Licensed Software or Licensed Service as defined by SHIFT4 in SHIFT4’s sole discretion. Basic Enhancements may include those improvements generally made available at no additional cost to SHIFT4 customers from time to time.
Basic Enhancements means any Enhancements that are not Major Enhancements.
Basic Enhancements changes or additions to the Software, including any Error Corrections, which are logical improvements to the Software. Basic Enhancements include only those improvements that are generally made available at no additional cost to StarTraq’s customers that purchase annual maintenance.

Basic Enhancements means changes or additions to DOTN, other than Error Corrections, which are functional improvements to existing features of the Licensed Software or Licensed Service as defined by SHIFT4 in SHIFT4’s sole discretion.
