BEA Group definition

BEA Group means us and any of our affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities, and any branches and offices of any of the foregoing.
BEA Group means BEA and its officers, directors, shareholders, Affiliates and agents.
BEA Group means The Bank of East Asia Limited and members of its group (as that term is defined in section 421 of the Financial and Markets Act 2000) from time to time.

  • The BEA Group has aimed to align this Supplier Code of Conduct (“Supplier Code”) with the values and principles set forth within a number of international documents including: • the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights; • the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (“UNGP”); and • the fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization (“ILO”).

  • At BEA’s discretion, High Risk Suppliers2, a subset of Suppliers with relatively high levels of ESG risk in their business and supply chain will be subject to more rigorous monitoring by the BEA Group.
