The accrued benefits disclosed for the Plan include the obligations of The Winnipeg Civic Employees’ Long term Disability Planand The Winnipeg Civic Employees’ Early Retirement Benefits Arrangement.
Members contribute 6 1/2% of their Canada Pension Plan earnings plus 7 1/2% of any pensionable earnings in excess of Canada Pension Plan earnings to the Program.All Program member contributions and employer contributions, other than those directed to the Winnipeg Civic Employees’ Long Term Disability Plan or the Winnipeg Civic Employees’ Early Retirement Benefits Arrangement, are credited to the Main Account.
