Bespoke Development definition

Bespoke Development means the software designed, customized, developed, tested and deployed by the Implementation Agency for the purposes of rendering the Services to the stakeholders of the Project and includes the source code along with associated documentation, which is the work product of the development efforts involved in the Project and the improvements and enhancements effected during the term of the Project, but does not include the third party software products, proprietary software components and tools deployed by the Implementation Agency
