Bespoke Development definition

Bespoke Development means the software designed, customized, developed, tested and deployed by the Implementation Agency for the purposes of rendering the Services to the stakeholders of the Project and includes the source code along with associated documentation, which is the work product of the development efforts involved in the Project and the improvements and enhancements effected during the term of the Project, but does not include the third party software products, proprietary software components and tools deployed by the Implementation Agency

More Definitions of Bespoke Development

Bespoke Development means any software or other information, material or other item developed by or on behalf of Exactive for the Customer, to assist the Customer in its use of the Services;

Except as may be otherwise explicitly agreed to in statement of services, upon payment in full, the Service Provider should grant to the Client, a non – exclusive , perpetual , fully paid up license to use, reproduce and modify(if applicable) the pre-existing work in form delivered to the Client as part of the service deliverables only for its internal business operations. Under such license either of the Parties will have no right to sell the pre-existing work of the other party to a third party. The Client's license to pre- existing work is conditioned upon its compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the perpetual license applies solely to the pre- existing work that Service Provider leaves with the Client at the conclusion of performance of the services.
