BARGAINING UNIT Employees not covered by the terms of this Agreement will not perform duties normally assigned to those employees who are covered by this Agreement, except for the purposes of instruction, experimentation, or in emergencies when regular employees are not readily available.
WORK OF THE. Persons whose jobs are not in the bargaining unit shall not work on any Jobs which are included in the unit, provided that the act of performing the aforementioned operations (except for purposes of instruction, experimenting or in emergencies) in itself, does not reduce the hours of work or pay of any employee. No employee shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Employer or his representatives which may with the terms of this Collective Agreement.
