Best Available Management Practices. (“BAMP”) means the following:

Initiation of a reasonable, regularly scheduled sweeping program for the New Road Access to minimize accumulation of dust and dirt and/or installation of dust drops, wheel washers or other methods of minimize tracking of dust onto the Road Access Area and resulting emission and transport of dust onto the Project Site.
