Blackstone Entity definition

Blackstone Entity means any partnership, limited liability company or other entity (excluding any natural persons and any portfolio companies of any Blackstone – sponsored fund) that is an Affiliate of The Blackstone Group L.P.

Blackstone Entity means any of the entities listed on Schedule I hereto and any successors thereto.

Blackstone Entity has the meaning set forth in the Stockholders Agreement.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not directly or indirectly take any action that is intended to, or would reasonably be expected to result in, Blackstone or any Blackstone Entity being deprived of the rights contemplated by this Agreement.

• Neither the Company nor any Holder shall assign all or any part of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company and Blackstone; provided, however, that any Blackstone Entity may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in whole or in part to any of its Affiliates.

More Definitions of Blackstone Entity

Blackstone Entity means Blackstone Alternative Credit Advisors LP, its Affiliates and funds, accounts and clients managed, advised or sub-advised by any of them.

Blackstone Entity means any of Blackstone and its Affiliates.

Blackstone Entity means each of (a) Blackstone Credit, (b) Blackstone Life Sciences, (c) Blackstone Finance, (d) any Affiliate of any of the foregoing and (e) any fund or account managed, advised or sub-advised by any of the foregoing.
