Sponsored Fund definition

Sponsored Fund means an investment fund sponsored, managed or advised by the Investment Firm.
Sponsored Fund means, with respect to each Underlying Manager, each investment fund, investment vehicle, separately managed account or similar arrangement sponsored by the Underlying Manager in respect of which the Company is, directly or indirectly, entitled to Returned Capital and/or Revenue Share Proceeds.
Sponsored Fund means any Registered Fund, BDC or Unregulated Fund for which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries acts as sponsor or any wholly owned Subsidiaries thereof.

  • To the extent that the Company is required to return any Returned Capital related to a Sponsored Fund pursuant to the governing documents of such Sponsored Fund or related Underlying Manager, each Member shall return such Returned Capital in the same proportions that they were distributed to such Member pursuant to Section 5.1(a).
