Bonds Issue definition

Bonds Issue means the issue of up to 10,000,000 Bonds carried out pursuant to this Venture Loan Agreement in accordance with the Bonds Issue Agreement;
Bonds Issue the proposed issue of the Bonds by the Company “Business Day(s)” any day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Hong Kong) on which licensed banks generally are open for business in Hong Kong

Examples of Bonds Issue in a sentence

  • The Issuer shall procure that no substantial change is made to the general nature of the business carried on by (i) the LP1 Group as of the First Issue Date, or (ii) the LP2 Group as of the Second Bonds Issue Date if such substantial change would have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • The Company will make further announcements relating to the Bonds Issue, the Call Option and the Placement as and when necessary.

  • A circular containing information in connection with the Bonds Issue, the Call Option and the Placement will be despatched to the Shareholders in due course.

Related to Bonds Issue

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Bond Issue means the Initial Bond Issue and any Subsequent Bond Issue.

  • Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 2001-1 prior to the date of prepayment.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • Stocks and bonds means stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and all other types of securities and financial instruments, whether held directly, indirectly, or in any other manner. The term does not include commodity futures contracts and call or put options on stocks or stock indexes.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Initial Bond Issue means the issuance of the Initial Bonds. "Initial Bonds" means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Additional Bonds means the debt instruments issued under a Tap Issue, including any Temporary Bonds.

  • Completion Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to a Supplemental Indenture ranking on parity with the Series of Bonds issued under such Supplemental Indenture, the proceeds of which are to be used to complete the Project.

  • Global Bond means a 2013 Bond in registered global form without interest coupons.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Subordinate Bonds means all Bonds but Senior Bonds.

  • Bail bond means a bond for a specified monetary amount executed by the defendant or principal and a qualified licensee which is issued to a court, magistrate, or authorized officer as security for the subsequent appearance of the defendant upon his release from actual custody pending the appearance;

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Corporate Bonds means a debt obligation of a United States-chartered corporation with a maturity date greater than 270 days, which may be interest-bearing or discount-purchased.

  • covered bond means a debt security issued by any member of the banking group, for which repayment to holders is guaranteed by a SPV, and investors retain an unsecured claim on the issuer.

  • Municipal bond means a bond or evidence of indebtedness issued by a municipality or other political subdivision of a state.

  • Book-Entry Bonds Beneficial interests in the Bonds, ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by the Depository as described in Section 4.06

  • Taxable Bonds means Bonds of a Series which are not Tax Exempt Bonds.

  • Debt means liability on a “claim”, and (ii) “claim” means any (x) right to payment, whether or not such a right is reduced to judgment, liquidated, unliquidated, fixed, contingent, matured, unmatured, disputed, undisputed, legal, equitable, secured or unsecured or (y) right to an equitable remedy for breach of performance if such breach gives rise to a right to payment, whether or not such right to an equitable remedy is reduced to judgment, fixed, contingent, matured or unmatured, disputed, undisputed, secured or unsecured.
