Branded Materials definition

Branded Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c).
Branded Materials means all finished Product and raw materials which are unique to Product and may only be used by 7UP/RC to produce Product.
Branded Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • You agree not to (i) use, wear, or display Uber-Branded Materials that are not Authorized Uber Branded Materials(ii) purchase, accept, offer to sell, sell or otherwise transfer Uber Branded Materials that are not Authorized Uber Branded Materials or (iii) offer to sell or sell, or otherwise transfer Authorized Uber Branded Materials, without our prior written permission.

  • Newco will provide Intact no less than fifteen (15) days in advance with samples of the Branded Materials which will be primarily in Mandarin on which Newco proposes to use the Trademarks, and Intact will consider such Branded Materials within fifteen (15) days of receipt, and provide Newco with its consent, rejection, or its suggestions on modifications required to make the Branded Materials suitable for use.


More Definitions of Branded Materials

Branded Materials means a Brandable Implementation and directly-related documentation and other materials (e.g., web sites, marketing literature, training materials, etc.) bearing the Trademark.
Branded Materials means materials that bear any branding including signage, advertising, promotional and sales materials, product literature, software, stationery, including correspondence and other materials printed from templates, business cards and websites;
Branded Materials means, collectively, and includes but is not limited to, websites, digital and social media, business cards, letterhead and other stationery, merchandise, apparel, advertising and promotional materials, signage, brochures and other publications, and other similar materials.
Branded Materials is defined in Section 8.05(d).

Related to Branded Materials

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.
