Down time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).
Service Down Time (SDT) means the time period when specified services with specified technical and operational requirements as mentioned in section titled “WARRANTY SUPPORT”” are not available to Gov. of W. Bengal and its user departments and organizations.
Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)
Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.
Delay time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 10 per cent of the final reading (t10) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point.
Calculation Time means 11:59 p.m. (Central time) on the Closing Date.
Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.
Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and
Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.
polling day means the day fixed for holding the poll at an election;
Rate Fixing Day means the second TARGET Day before the first day of a Term or such other day as the Facility Agent determines is generally treated as the rate fixing day by market practice in the relevant interbank market.
Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.
Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements
Recovery Time means additional time incorporated in the Working Timetable to allow a train to regain time lost in delay during an earlier part of its journey;
Rate Fixing Date means, for each Disbursed Amount, the first day of the Interest Period next following the Interest Period in which such Disbursed Amount is withdrawn.
Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.
Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.
CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.
Unscheduled Outage means an interruption resulting in reduction of the Availability of the Element(s) / Project (as the case may be) that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage or a Force Majeure Event.
Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and

Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:
Real-time Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.
Unscheduled Holiday means a day that is not a Settlement Business Day and the market was not aware of such fact (by means of a public announcement or by reference to other publicly available information) until a time later than 9:00 a.m. local time in the principal financial centre of the Specified Currency two Settlement Business Days prior to the relevant Rate Fixing Date. As soon as the Calculation Agent is aware of such an Unscheduled Holiday, they shall inform the Issuer promptly.
Excused Outage means any disruption to or unavailability of Services caused by or due to (i) Scheduled Maintenance,
