Service Down Time (SDT) means the time period when specified services with specified technical and operational requirements as mentioned in section titled “WARRANTY SUPPORT”” are not available to Gov. of W. Bengal and its user departments and organizations.
Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.
Calculation Time means 11:59 p.m. on the day prior to the Closing Date.
Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.
Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Connection Date means the date when the Carrier having received the relevant information from the Company is in a position to and has agreed to commence provision of the Fixed Network Services to the Customer;
Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and
Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.
polling day means the day fixed for holding the poll at an election;
Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.
Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. In this solicitation and resulting contract, "Catalog Pricing" shall be defined as: "The then available list of goods or services, in the most current listing regardless of date, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, price schedule, shelf-price or other viewable format that:
Recovery Time means additional time incorporated into the Applicable Timetable to allow a train to regain time lost earlier in its journey as a result of a Restriction of Use; "Relevant Year" has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 7;
Rate Fixing Date means, for each Disbursed Amount, the first day of the Interest Period next following the Interest Period in which such Disbursed Amount is withdrawn.
Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.
Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.
Excused Downtime means the number of minutes in the Charging Period, rounded to the nearest minute that the link state of Customer’s Port is ‘down’ due to:
Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:
Real-time Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.
