• Buyer and Seller hereby waive compliance with the bulk-transfer provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code (or any similar law) ("Bulk Sales Laws") in connection with the Contemplated Transactions.

More Definitions of Bulk Sales

Bulk Sales means the sale of 17 or more interment spaces or niches, in a single transaction or series of transactions, whenever made, to any one membership or religious corporation or unincorporated association or society which provides interment spaces or niches solely for its members and their families.

Bulk Sales means wholesale sales of petroleum products in individual transactions that exceed the size of a truckload. Examples include without limitation marine vessel (product tanker or barge) and rail tank car.

Bulk Sales shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.2(m).

Bulk Sales means sales of Fertilizer completed under this Agreement on a bulk- product basis utilizing the Bulk Storage Silo and, for certainty, does not include Bag Sales;

Bulk Sales. Notice. To the extent applicable, the Seller has taken all action necessary and appropriate to comply with the "Bulk Sales" laws of Montana and other states in which any of the Purchased Assets are located.

Bulk Sales. The parties waive compliance with the provisions of any so-called bulk sales law of any state.
