Bulk Sales definition

Bulk Sales. The disposal of six or more Dwellings to one person or consortium of persons under one contract or a series of contracts.
Bulk Sales means wholesale sales of petroleum products in individual transactions that exceed the size of a truckload. Examples include without limitation marine vessel (product tanker or barge) and rail tank car.
Bulk Sales shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.10.

  • Neither the consummation nor the performance of any of the Contemplated Transactions will, directly or indirectly (with or without notice or lapse of time), contravene or conflict with or result in a violation of or cause Buyer or any Related Person of Buyer to suffer any adverse consequence under (a) any applicable Legal Requirement or Order or (b) any Legal Requirement or Order that has been published, introduced or otherwise proposed by or before any Governmental Body, excluding Bulk Sales Laws.

Bulk Sales means any sale of twenty-five (25) or more Gift Cards at Stored Value or at a discount in connection with certain promotional sales programs, including, but not limited to, corporate incentives and awards programs, business-to-business sales, consumer promotions, performance improvement programs, and loyalty management and charitable re-seller markets programs where the Gift Cards may be sold at less than Stored Value.
