Sales Programs. All sales of the Services by Agent on behalf of Viggle shall be on Viggle’s standard terms and conditions for the sale of the Services in the Territory as varied from time to time (a copy of the current version of which is attached as Exhibit B) (the “Terms and Conditions”) or on such other terms and conditions as Viggle may at any time specify in writing to Agent. Viggle shall give Agent advance notice of any proposed changes in the Terms and Conditions. Any such proposed changes are subject to Agent’s consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. All orders or other contracts for the sale of Services will be subject to prior approval by Viggle’s Chief Financial Officer, which approval or rejection shall be provided within three (3) business days after the order is submitted to Viggle.

Sales Programs. We will encourage our employees to grow our customer base and provide incentives and regular bonuses to employees for referrals and repeat customers. These initiatives are still in the planning stages as we gear up to hire and staff. They will play an active role in our employee culture. It is also anticipated that as we grow our wedding and mobile division, along with our lunch business group, we will hire a sales director to facilitate this portion of the business. The sales director will be compensated similarly to their national peers.
Sales Programs. Company may, from time to time, offer sales incentive programs on a one-time or periodic basis (“Sales Programs”). Company may modify Sale Programs and its policies at any time. Sales Programs may only be offered by authorised representatives of Company and are void where prohibited.

Sales Programs. Each opening of Fish Favourite will have, more or less, the same marketing mix as the others. Below are the programs that we will develop to open each location. Each new outlet will have outdoor signage as soon as possible and free tasty Fish Favourite to let the customers know what we have in store for them. We want the signage to be supported by banners before the opening. We will distribute sample cheese to our customers to explain the concept and philosophy of Fish Favourite. We will also sell gift certificates, announce future job openings, and possibly mention franchise opportunities. A stand-alone piece, folded, will be produced in full color on heavy weight paper. Inside will be all the important details of Fish Favourite, explanation of our menu, prices, house of operation and a locator map.
Sales Programs. Manager shall be responsible for developing for Owner's approval sales and marketing programs, pricing, advertising programs and other aspects of the marketing strategies; providing an on-site sales team with adequate sales personnel to implement marketing strategies; coordinating with club operations personnel to effectively cross-market club and real-estate operations; coordinating with local realtor groups, Chamberx xx Xxxmerce, professional associations, etc., in order to insure maximum exposure of product in the local marketplace; coordinating with local financial institutions and other housing lenders in order to assist lot purchasers in arranging acquisition/construction financing.

Sales Programs. Seagate may, from time to time, offer Sales Programs (defined below) on a one-time or periodic basis. Seagate may modify or cancel Sales Programs and Policies at any time. Sales Programs may only be offered by authorized representatives of Seagate and are void where prohibited. “Sales Programs” means any sales incentive programs with terms approved by an authorized representative of Seagate and offered by Seagate on a one-time or periodic basis as updated from time to time by Seagate.

  • Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period. The Contractor must submit documentation identifying the proposed: (1) starting and ending dates of the promotion, (2) commodities or contractual services involved, and (3) promotional prices compared to then-authorized prices.

  • Sales Promotion Promote and use its reasonable endeavours to increase sales of the Supplier/ Principal ATOL holder's Travel Arrangements to existing and potential clients;

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3).   • Marketing Plans Contractor and the Exchange recognize that Enrollees and other health care consumers benefit from efforts relating to outreach activities designed to increase heath awareness and encourage enrollment. The parties shall share marketing plans on an annual basis and with respect to periodic updates of material changes. The marketing plans of each of the Exchange and Contractor shall include proposed marketing approaches and channels and shall provide samples of any planned marketing materials and related collateral as well as planned, and when completed, expenses for the marketing budget. The Contractor shall include this information for both the Exchange and the outside individual market. The Exchange shall treat all marketing information provided under this Section as confidential information and the obligation of the Exchange to maintain confidentiality of this information shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Third Party Programs This Licensed Software may contain third party software programs (“Third Party Programs”) that are available under open source or free software licenses.   • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Bonus Programs Employee may participate in any incentive program which may be made available from time to time to Corporation’s employees at Employee’s level; provided, however, that Employee’s participation is subject to the applicable terms, conditions and eligibility requirements of the program, as they may exist from time to time.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any xxxx, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
